Ashtanga is the original vinyasa yoga. Ashtanga links movement and breath while focusing on alignment and correcting issues caused by lifestyle choices.  You will build strength and stamina as well as heal your body with this class taught in the traditional style with one on one assistance from the teacher.

Monday 4:30-5:30pm: 
Yoga Nidra via Zoom
Make time for you.  LEarn to breathe through Pranayama, stretch your connective tissue through Yin or get three hours of sleep in one session of Nidra. This class allows the body to reduce stress and release hormones to rejuvenate the body and decrease belly fat.
Yoga Basics
Thursday 4:15-5:15
Basics via Zoom
Learn or revisit the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, non-threatening environment. Heal your body, build strength, flexibility and balance. Increase your range of motion. Learn about all eight limbs of yoga not just asana (postures). Beginners and experienced yogis welcome.
